Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy for any skincare item unless it is defective. - Defective Products: If you receive a skincare product that you believe is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will require photographic evidence of the defect, and upon review, if we determine the product is indeed defective, we will offer a replacement or refund for the defective item.

- Replacement of Defective Products: If a replacement for the defective product is available and you opt for a replacement rather than a refund, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Refunds for Defective Products: If we confirm the product defect and you opt for a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that the decision to replace or refund a claimed defect is at our sole discretion and only applies to the original purchase. Products damaged due to misuse, inappropriate storage conditions, or tampering cannot be considered as defective and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
